Sisig

Ingedients:

1 kilo pork (pork chop or pork cheek)
6 pieces chicken liver
1 cup chopped onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Catchup, Toyo,margarine


Cooking Instructions:

Marinate the pork (with toyo and catchup) or whatever maski unsaon nimo basta e marinate.
Grill over charcoal until skin part of pork is brown and grill also the chicken liver.
Chop the pork and chicken liver into small cubes.(parihas kadako sa onions pag chop)
Heat the carajay,then put small amount of margarine (intead of oil use margarine para pabango)
followed by onions..then add the pork,chicken liver,salt and pepper..(tilawi sad kung sakto na
ang lasa)..Taman maluto..pwede na nimo kuhaon...

Try ninyo lami..dli mo magmahay.....
